In the Goyt Valley there is an isolated and beautiful little chapel.
It was constructed some decades ago in memory of a spanish lady who lived and worked on the Grimshawe estate and who died whilst on a pilgrimage to Lourdes.
The Parish Council has made some “Stitch in Time” repairs to this chapel
